Hi, I’m Jena and I’m a life-long New Jerseyan. Thanks to my mom and her mom, I inherited the “crafty” gene and have always found joy in creativity. I became a mom in 2024, and between parenting, working full-time and just “life-ing,” I found that I had strayed from those creative roots, and felt myself yearning for that kind of joy again. I signed up, on a whim, for a Sip & Script class and was instantly hooked! I had tried some calligraphy when I was a teenager, but modern calligraphy seemed way more fun and applicable to my life than whatever I had learned in those books in the 90s! I jumped in with full gusto and emailed about becoming an instructor that very week. Aside from calligraphy, I enjoy reading, thrifting/antiquing for vintage Christmas stuff, and spending time with my rescued farm animals.
