Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on your ticket, however, we will gladly transfer your ticket to another class within 60 days, as a one time courtesy, as long as you contact us 24 hours before the event via email (contact@sipandscript.com). If you do not contact us 24 before class via email, you are no longer eligible for a makeup class. Groups of 3+ cancelling 24-48 hrs before an event may result in a restocking fee. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to weather, or unexpected circumstances.

Severe Weather: Classes canceled due to severe weather will be rescheduled with the venue. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled class, we offer a store credit for the full ticket value.

Are drinks included?

Majority of our events do NOT include a drink with ticket purchase but are available for purchase separately at the venue! 

If a drink is included in your ticket price it will be clearly noted in event description. 

How did you get started?

We met as vendors for The Big Fake Wedding where we were both doing calligraphy work for the event. We had both followed each other on instagram but had yet to meet in person. We hit it off right away, and had the idea to host a calligraphy party for addressing Christmas cards that Fall. A few planning emails later and we had 50 girls signed up for our first Sip & Script in December 2015!

Do you do private parties?

Yes! We love private parties and fun events like showers and bachelorettes! We just need a place for people to be able to sit with their beginner packs in front of them, and we bring all the rest! For private events, you provide the snacks and drinks and we work with you to determine a theme of any sort for the paper goods and decor!

What happens if it snows on class day?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on your ticket, however, we will gladly transfer your ticket to another class as long as you contact us at least 48 hours before the event. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to weather, or unexpected circumstances. However, if your event is cancelled or postponed on our end, you will be eligible for a refund, or we can transfer you to a different class! 

How long does it take you do envelopes? Will you address the envelopes for my wedding?

In general we say it takes us about one hour to complete 12-15 envelopes (front side only) so allow for plenty of time if you’re a DIY Bride looking to calligraph your guest list! We are touched that you’d like to hire us for wedding work however we are no longer taking on custom envelope work so that we have more time to focus on events. We do have a fabulous list of past alumni taking on orders so please feel free to reach out to us for this!
