Modern Calligraphy – Step 2 at Pinstripes Edina

Join us for a night of intermediate-level calligraphy at Pinstripes in Edina, MN! Whether you’re a stationery nerd, DIY Bride-to-be, or just a crafty individual, in this workshop, we will be taking a deeper dive into the basics of calligraphy we teach in our beginner classes if you’ve taken a class of ours before this is the perfect “next steps” kind of class!

*It is strongly suggested that you take a beginner modern calligraphy class before participating in this workshop. You will need a basic understanding of writing with a pen and nib to take this class. As long as you have taken our beginner class, you are good to go!*

If you loved our beginner class, you will love this next step in developing your confidence to wow all your friends this year with cards, envelopes, gift tags, and more! During this class, you will learn new basic drills to help you level up your calligraphy, mixing your own colored ink, the fundamentals of lettering design, and basic flourishing composition.

Class includes 1.5 hours of instruction and demonstration, our intermediate calligraphy kit (a pen holder, 2 nibs – Brause 360 and Nikki G, connecting letters worksheets, tracing paper, and an ink pot of colored calligraphy ink). Everything is yours to keep at the end of the class!
