Non-refundable deposit of $700 required to secure date and includes up to 10 attendees. Remaining balance for final headcount will be collected the week prior to the event, billed at $70 per person.
PLEASE NOTE: All deposits are non-refundable and must be paid within 5 days of scheduling the event to hold the date. General refunds will not be provided to private parties. If a host pays for an attendee no longer able to attend, they can either choose to have someone else attend in that student’s place or keep the kit to give to that student the next time they see them.
