Remaining balance will reflect any changes to the # of participants and will be paid at least a week before the scheduled event.
PLEASE NOTE: All deposits are non-refundable and must be paid within 5 days of scheduling the event to hold the date. General refunds will not be provided to private parties. If a host pays for an attendee no longer able to attend, they can either choose to have someone else attend in that student’s place or keep the kit to give to that student the next time they see them.
