Kimberly is a calligraphy artist based in Germantown, MD, just outside of Washington DC. She's a proud mom of two kids and shares her home with two cats and one husband. She specializes in modern calligraphy lettering, transforming envelopes, wedding stationery, signage, and custom pieces into works of art. She also creates unique calligraphed goods for sale. Her signature style combines playful, bouncy letters with a contemporary flair.

Kimberly's calligraphy journey began in 2020 during the pandemic when she left her healthcare job to be a stay-at-home mom during lockdown. She taught herself calligraphy as a creative outlet in the quiet evenings while her daughter slept, and soon discovered a passion she wanted to nurture into something more—leading her to open her first Etsy shop. Life took a pause when she became pregnant with her son, but now that he's almost 3, she's excited to return to this beloved art form! This renewed enthusiasm inspired her to establish Kim INKspired Design, specializing in bespoke and wedding calligraphy, and relaunch her Etsy shop. Her next chapter includes sharing this beautiful art with others through workshops, and she couldn't be more thrilled to begin this new adventure!
